The park showcases abundant birdlife including ibises, ducks, swans, and occasional turtles that can be spotted from viewing bridges. Multiple playgrounds cater to different age groups with soft rubber flooring and shaded areas. Free outdoor gym equipment provides fitness opportunities for adults. The on-site cafe offers reasonably priced food and beverages with friendly service. Clean public toilet facilities and ample free parking make visits convenient. Picnic tables are scattered throughout shaded areas under mature trees. Dogs are welcome on leashes. Generally No! The BBQs are first come, first serve. However, if you plan on having a larger event then please check with Belmont council.

Aussie public BBQs are simple to use. Majority of sites listed on this website are gas or electric BBQs. Simply press the button and it will turn on for a set amount of time (10-20 minutes).

You should first check with Belmont council about the rules and restrictions.

Generally, it is permissible to utilize your own gas BBQ, provided it remains under continuous supervision. However, the usage of Charcoal BBQ's is typically restricted, with the exception of parks equipped with designated charcoal disposal bins.
